Q: How can I contact Stillday if I have questions about my order or product?

Q: Why did my order arrive in two/multiple packages?
A: Some items may ship from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery. This means your order may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

 

Q: I only received part of my order. Where is the rest? 
A: No worries! The remaining items is on the way and will arrive separately with its own tracking numbers.
